# Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (Text with EEA relevance), Article 164: Sharing of FCR within a synchronous area

A TSO shall not share FCR with other TSOs of the GB synchronous area to fulfil its FCR obligation and to reduce the total amount of FCR of the synchronous area in accordance with Article 153.
