  "heading": "Data exchange between TSOs and transmission-connected demand facilities",
  "text": "1. Unless otherwise provided by the TSO, each transmission-connected demand facility owner shall provide the following structural data to the TSO:\n(a) electrical data of the transformers connected to the transmission system;\n(b) characteristics of the load of the demand facility; and\n(c) characteristics of the reactive power control.\n2. Unless otherwise provided by the TSO, each transmission-connected demand facility owner shall provide the following data to the TSO:\n(a) scheduled active and forecasted reactive power consumption on a day-ahead and intraday basis, including any changes of those schedules or forecast;\n(b) any forecasted restriction in the reactive power control capability;\n(c) in case of participation in demand response, a schedule of its structural minimum and maximum power range to be curtailed ...\n(d) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n3. Unless otherwise provided by the TSO, each transmission-connected demand facility owner shall provide the following data to the TSO in real-time:\n(a) active and reactive power at the connection point; and\n(b) the minimum and maximum power range to be curtailed.\n4. Each transmission-connected demand facility owner shall describe to its TSO its behaviour at the voltage ranges referred to in Article 27.",
