# Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (Text with EEA relevance), Article 97: Provision of preliminary year-ahead availability plans

1. Before 1 November of each calendar year, each TSO shall provide to all other TSOs of the GB synchronous area the preliminary year-ahead availability plans for the following calendar year for all the internal relevant assets.
2. Before 1 November of each calendar year, for each internal relevant asset located in a distribution system, the TSO shall provide the DSO with the preliminary year-ahead availability plan.
3. Before 1 November of each calendar year, for every internal relevant asset located in a closed distribution system, the TSO shall provide the CDSO with the preliminary year-ahead availability plan.
