# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1486 of 10 July 2017 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2070 as regards benchmarking portfolios and reporting instructions (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

By way of derogation from Article 4(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2070, an institution shall submit the information referred to in Articles 2 and 3 of that Regulation to competent authorities by 30 September 2017.
