  "text": "‘ANNEX XIb\nLead and lead ore referred to in Article 16c\nEXPLANATORY NOTE\nThe nomenclature codes are taken from the Combined Nomenclature as defined in paragraph 2 of Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff and as set out in Annex I thereto, which are valid at the time of publication of this Regulation and mutatis mutandis as amended by subsequent legislation.\nCode\nDescription\n2607 00 00\nLead ores and concentrates\n7801\nUnwrought lead\n7802 00 00\nLead waste and scrap\n7804\nLead plates, sheets, strip and foil; lead powders and flakes\nex 7806 00 00\nOther articles of lead\n7806 00 10\n–\nContainers with an anti-radiation lead covering, for the transport or storage of radioactive materials\nex 7806 00 80\n–\nthe following lead articles:\ncollapsible tubes for packing colours or other products;\nvats, reservoirs, drums and similar containers other than those from 7806 00 10 (for acids or other chemicals), not fitted with mechanical or thermal equipment;\nlead weights for fishing nets, lead weights for clothing, curtains, … etc. …;\nweights for clocks, and general purpose counterweights;\nskeins, hanks and ropes of lead fibres or strands used for packing or for caulking pipe joints;\nparts of building structures;\nyacht keels, divers' breast plates;\nelectroplating anodes;\nlead bars, rods, profiles and wire other than those under 7801;\ntubes and pipes and tube or pipe fittings (for example, couplings, elbows, sleeves), of lead.\n’.",
