  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1549\nof 14 September 2017\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 of 17 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and in particular Article 14(1) and (3) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.\n(2)\nOn the basis of a review by the Council, the information concerning certain persons and entities in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should be amended and entries for four deceased persons should be deleted.\n(3)\nFollowing changes in the ownership structure of three entities, Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should be amended in order to keep the measures against them in place.\n(4)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
