# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1569 of 23 May 2017 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 536/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council by specifying principles of and guidelines for good manufacturing practice for investigational medicinal products for human use and arrangements for inspections (Text with EEA relevance), Article 27: Entry into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from six months after the date of publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of the notice referred to in Article 82(3) of Regulation (EU) No 536/2014 or 1 April 2018, whichever is the later.
