# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1772 of 28 September 2017 opening and providing for the management of Union tariff quotas for certain agricultural products, processed agricultural products and fishery products originating in Canada, Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 21 September 2017.
