# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1932 of 23 October 2017 amending Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 412/2013 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed on imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in the People's Republic of China, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 16 November 2012.
