# Regulation (EU) 2017/1938 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2017 concerning measures to safeguard the security of gas supply and repealing Regulation (EU) No 994/2010 (Text with EEA relevance), Article 22: Entry into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the fourth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 November 2017.
However, Article 13(1) to (6), the first and second subparagraphs of Article 13(8), and Article 13(14) and (15) shall apply from 1 December 2018.
