  "text": "The European Chief Prosecutor shall draw up the draft financial rules applicable to the EPPO on the basis of a proposal from the Administrative Director. Those rules shall be adopted by the College after consultation with the Commission. The financial rules shall not depart from those contained in Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1271/2013 unless such departure is specifically required for the operation of the EPPO and the Commission has given its prior consent.",
