  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1942\nof 25 October 2017\nimplementing Article 15(3) of Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Sudan\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 of 10 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Sudan and repealing Regulations (EC) No 131/2004 and (EC) No 1184/2005, and in particular Article 15(3) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 10 July 2014, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 747/2014.\n(2)\nOn 17 October 2017, the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to United Nations Security Council Resolution 1591 (2005) updated the information relating to one person subject to restrictive measures.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 747/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
