  "text": "1. A fisheries administration must transmit to the ICCAT Secretariat by 30 June each year the following data (Task 1 data):\n(a) information on the characteristics of their fleet for the previous year;\n(b) estimates of the annual nominal catch data (including by-catch and discards data) concerning ICCAT species for the previous year.\n2.
