A fisheries administration must issue authorisations, in accordance with the provisions laid down in a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the sustainable management of external fishing fleets, to large-scale catching vessels in its fleet to fish tropical tunas in the ICCAT Convention area.\n2. A fisheries administration must issue authorisations to support vessels in its fleet used for any kind of support to vessels referred to in paragraph 1.",
