# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2200 of 28 November 2017 opening and providing for the administration of import tariff quotas of certain cereals from Ukraine, Article 3: Validity of import licences

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Import licences shall be valid from the period running from the actual day of issue, in accordance with Article 7(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1239, until the end of the second month following the month in question.
