  "heading": "Entry into force and applicability",
  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nThis Regulation shall apply from the date decided by the Commission in accordance with Article 66(1) thereof, with the exception of the following provisions, which shall apply from 29 December 2017: Articles 5, 36, 37, 38, 43, 51 of this Regulation; point (5) of Article 61 of this Regulation, as regards Article 17a(5) of Regulation (EC) No 767/2008; point (10) of Article 61 of this Regulation, as regards Article 26(3a) of Regulation (EC) No 767/2008; and Articles 62, 64, 65, 66, 68, 69 and 70 and Article 72(2) of this Regulation.",
