  "text": "The first subparagraph of Article 28(4) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 is amended as follows:\n(1) point (a) is replaced by the following:\n‘(a)\nthe Panel on food additives and flavourings;’;\n(2) point (e) is replaced by the following:\n‘(e)\nthe Panel on nutrition, novel foods and food allergens;’;\n(3) point (j) is replaced by the following:\n‘(j)\nthe Panel on food contact materials and enzymes and processing aids.’.",
