# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2365 of 18 December 2017 amending Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of the application thresholds for the procedures for the award of contracts (Text with EEA relevance), Article 1

Directive 2014/24/EU is amended as follows:
(1) Article 4 is amended as follows:
(a) in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 5 225 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 548 000’;
(b) in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 135 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 144 000’;
(c) in point (c), the amount ‘EUR 209 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 221 000’;
(2) the first paragraph of Article 13 is amended as follows:
(a) in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 5 225 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 548 000’;
(b) in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 209 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 221 000’.
