  "heading": "Definitions",
  "text": "For the purposes of this Annex the definitions according to UN/ECE Regulation 49 Rev.06 and, in addition to these, the following definitions shall apply:\n(1) ‘engine CO2-family’ means a manufacturer's grouping of engines, as defined in paragraph 1 of Appendix 3;\n(2) ‘CO2-parent engine’ means an engine selected from an engine CO2-family as specified in Appendix 3;\n(3) ‘NCV’ means net calorific value of a fuel as specified in paragraph 3.2;\n(4) ‘specific mass emissions’ means the total mass emissions divided by the total engine work over a defined period expressed in g/kWh;\n(5) ‘specific fuel consumption’ means the total fuel consumption divided by the total engine work over a defined period expressed in g/kWh;\n(6) ‘FCMC’ means fuel consumption mapping cycle;\n(7) ‘Full load’ means the delivered engine torque/power at a certain engine speed when the engine is operated at maximum operator demand.\nThe definitions in paragraphs 3.1.5 and 3.1.6. of Annex 4 to UN/ECE Regulation 49 Rev.06 shall not apply.",
