  "text": "Food subcategory 05.2 ‘Other confectionery including breath freshening microsweets’ of Part E of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 is amended as follows:\n(a) the entry for E 960 Steviol glycosides referring to ‘only confectionery with no added sugar’ is replaced by the following:\n‘\nE 960\nSteviol glycosides\n350\n(60)\nonly confectionery with no added sugars\nonly energy-reduced hard confectionery (candies and lollies)\nonly energy-reduced soft confectionery (chewy candies, fruit gums and foam sugar products/marshmallows)\nonly energy-reduced liquorice\nonly energy-reduced nougat\nonly energy-reduced marzipan\n’\n(b) the entry for E 960 Steviol glycosides referring to ‘only strongly flavoured freshening throat pastilles with no added sugar’ is replaced by the following:\n‘\nE 960\nSteviol glycosides\n670\n(60)\nonly strongly flavoured freshening throat pastilles, energy-reduced or with no added sugars\n’\n(c) the entry for E 960 Steviol glycosides referring to ‘only breath-freshening micro-sweets, with no added sugar’ is replaced by the following:\n‘\nE 960\nSteviol glycosides\n2 000\n(60)\nonly breath-freshening micro-sweets, energy-reduced or with no added sugars\n’",
