  "text": "In the event of a practice that may cause the Union to take the measures provided for in Article 42(2) of the Agreement, the introduction of anti-dumping or countervailing measures, or both, shall be decided in accordance with the provisions laid down in Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 and Regulation (EU) 2016/1037, respectively.",
