  "text": "Annexes I and II to Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 are modified as follows:\n(1) Annex I is amended as follows:\n(a) Part 1 is amended as follows:\n(i) the entry for Bangladesh is deleted;\n(ii) the footnote (*******) is deleted;\n(iii) the entry for Canada is replaced by the following:\n‘\nCA — Canada\nCA-0\nWhole country\nPOR-X, BOV-X, OVI-X, OVI-Y, RUM (**)\nIVb\nIX\nV\nXIII (******)\n’\n(iv) the footnote (******) is replaced with the following:\n‘(******)\nCanada: seasonally free period for bluetongue is between 1 November and 15 May, in accordance with the OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code.’;\n(v) in Specific Conditions, the following specific condition ‘XIII’ is added:\n“XIII” ‘territory recognised as having an official bluetongue seasonally free status, for the purpose of exports to the Union of live animals certified according to the model of veterinary certificate BOV-X, OVI-X, OVI-Y or RUM.’\n(b) Part 2 is amended as follows:\n(i) in SG (Supplementary guarantees), the supplementary guarantee ‘A’ is replaced by the following:\n“A” ‘guarantees regarding Bluetongue and Epizootic-haemorrhagic-disease tests on animals certified according to the model of veterinary certificates BOV-X (point II.2.1.(d)), OVI-X (point II.2.1.(d)) and RUM (point II.2.1.(c)).’\n(ii) the model of veterinary certificate BOV-X is replaced by the following:\n‘ Model BOV-X\n’\n(iii) the model of veterinary certificate OVI-X is replaced by the following:\n‘ Model OVI-X\n’\n(iv) the model of veterinary certificate OVI-Y is replaced by the following:\n‘ Model OVI-Y\n’\n(v) the model of veterinary certificate RUM is replaced by the following:\n‘ Model RUM\n’\n(2) Part 1 of Annex II is amended as follows:\n(a) the entry for Bosnia and Herzegovina is replaced by the following:\n‘\nBA — Bosnia and Herzegovina (8)\nBA-0\nWhole country\nBOV\n’\n(b) the following footnote is added:\n‘(8)\nOnly for transit of consignments of fresh meat of domestic bovine animals via Bulgaria into Turkey.’\n(c) the entry for the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia is replaced by the following:\n‘\nMK — the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (4)\nMK-0\nWhole country\nBOV, OVI, EQU\n’",
