  "text": "1. For the purpose of the first subparagraph of Article 24(5) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, the competent authority of the host Member State shall refer its findings on a CSD's breaches to the competent authority of the home Member State and to ESMA using the template set out in Table 4 of Annex III.\n2. The competent authority of the home Member State shall review the findings submitted by the competent authority of the host Member State and shall inform that authority of the measures it intends to take to address the breaches identified.\n3. Where the matter is referred to ESMA in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 24(5) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, the referring competent authority shall provide ESMA with all relevant information.",
