If the relevant authority does not make products under the school scheme available free of charge, it shall explain in its strategy (as referred to in Article 23(8) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013) the arrangements it has put in place to ensure that school scheme aid is reflected in the price at which those products are made available.\n3.
