  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/437\nof 13 March 2017\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 of 17 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and in particular Article 14(1) and (3) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014 the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.\n(2)\nThe Council has reviewed the individual designations set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014. That Annex should be amended and the entries for two persons should be deleted.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
