  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/491\nof 21 March 2017\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 270/2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Egypt\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 270/2011 of 21 March 2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Egypt, and in particular Article 12(4) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 21 March 2011, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 270/2011.\n(2)\nThe statements of reasons for six persons listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 270/2011 should be amended. The identifying information concerning one listed person should be updated.\n(3)\nTwo persons should no longer be kept on the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 270/2011.\n(4)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 270/2011 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
