Export licences for out-of-quota sugar for which applications were lodged from 13 to 17 March 2017 shall be issued for the quantities applied for, multiplied by an acceptance percentage of 66,806961 %.\n2. Applications for export licences for out-of-quota sugar submitted on 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 March 2017 are hereby rejected.\n3. The lodging of applications for export licences for out-of-quota sugar shall be suspended for the period 27 March 2017 to 30 September 2017.",
