  "text": "Where unsatisfactory results are found by the approval authority during an inspection or a monitoring review, or by an approval authority in other Member State, in accordance with Article 39(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1628, the approval authority shall ensure that all necessary steps are taken to restore conformity of production as rapidly as possible.",
