Division 2.1

This Annex details the procedures for selecting engines to be tested over a service accumulation schedule for the purpose of determining deterioration factors for engine type or engine family EU type-approval and conformity of production assessments. The deterioration factors shall be applied to the emissions measured in accordance with Annex VI and calculated in accordance with Annex VII in accordance with the procedure set out in point 3.2.7 or point 4.3, respectively.
