  "text": "Before placing the engine on the market, the manufacturer shall inform the approval authority of a Member State, indicating his name or trade mark, the unique engine identification number of the engine, the production date of the engine, any relevant information on the emission performance of the engine and the OEM or end-users who participates in the test procedure.",
