  "text": "The engine shall be accompanied by a statement of conformity delivered by the manufacturer and complying with the provisions set out in Annex II to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/656; the statement of conformity shall indicate, in particular, that it is a special purpose engine placed on the market under the conditions set out in Article 34(5) or 34(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1628.",
