  "text": "The OEM shall provide to the end-users all information and necessary instructions for the correct operation of the engine in order to maintain the gaseous and particulate pollutant emissions of the engine within the limits of the approved engine type or engine family. Instructions for this purpose shall be clearly identified to the end-users.",
