  "text": "Where a manufacturer delivers an engine separately from its exhaust after-treatment system to an original equipment manufacturer (‘OEM’) in the Union, as provided for in Article 34(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1628, that delivery shall comply with the detailed technical specifications and conditions laid down in Annex X to this Regulation.",
