# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/656 of 19 December 2016 laying down the administrative requirements relating to emission limits and type-approval of internal combustion engines for non-road mobile machinery in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Division 1.1


The statement of conformity shall consist of two sections:
(a) section 1 specifying the particular features applying to the engine in accordance with the template set out in Appendix 1;
(b) section 2 describing the restrictions applicable to the engine in accordance with the information set out in Table 1 of Appendix 2.
