# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/656 of 19 December 2016 laying down the administrative requirements relating to emission limits and type-approval of internal combustion engines for non-road mobile machinery in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Division 1: General requirements


One test report shall be completed for each tests required for EU type-approval.
Each additional (e.g. a second speed on a constant speed engine) or supplementary test (e.g. another fuel is tested) will require an additional or supplementary test report.
