  "text": "ANNEX VIII\nList of services referred to in Article 3c\nNOTES:\n1.\nCentral Products Classification (CPC) codes are set out in Statistical Office of the United Nations, Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 77, Provisional Central Product Classification, 1991.\n2.\nOnly the parts of the CPC codes described below are covered by the prohibition.\nPart A:\nServices incidental to mining and manufacturing in the chemical, mining and refining industry:\nDescription of services\nStemming from CPC Code\nTunnelling, overburden removal and other development and preparation work of mineral properties and sites, except for mining oil and gas.\nCPC 5115\nGeological, geophysical, geochemical and other scientific consulting services as they relate to the location of mineral deposits, oil and gas and groundwater by studying the properties of the earth and rock formations and structures.
