  "text": "Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/659\nof 6 April 2017\namending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/141 imposing definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of certain stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings, whether or not finished, originating in the People's Republic of China and Taiwan\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Union and in particular Article 9(4) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nWith Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/141, definitive anti-dumping duties were imposed on imports of certain stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings, whether or not finished, originating in the People's Republic of China and Taiwan.\n(2)\nImplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/141 stated in recital (285) that the companies with individual anti-dumping duties must present a valid commercial invoice to the customs authorities of the Member States. However, this requirement was not made compulsory in the Regulation adopted.\n(3)\nThe measures provided for in this regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 15(1) Regulation (EU) 2016/1036.\n(4)\nIn view of the above and pursuant to Article 9(4) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, Article 1 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/141 should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
