  "text": "Notwithstanding the rules for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature, the wording of the description of the products in the fifth column of the table is to be considered as having no more than an indicative value.\nThe preferential scheme is determined, within the context of this Annex, by the scope of the CN codes set out in the third column of the table as applicable at the time of adoption of this Regulation.
