# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/754 of 28 April 2017 opening and providing for the management of Union tariff quotas for certain agricultural and processed agricultural products originating in Ecuador, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2017.
