# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/763 of 2 May 2017 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain lightweight thermal paper originating in the Republic of Korea, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The amounts secured by way of the provisional anti-dumping duties pursuant to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2005 shall be definitively collected. The amounts secured in excess of the rate of the duty contained in Article 1(2) above shall be released.
