  "text": "1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\n2. This Regulation shall apply from 1 December 2018.\nIn the Annex, point (1), point (2) and points (a), (b) and (c) of point (3) shall apply from 1 June 2017 .\n3. By way of derogation from paragraph 2, substances and mixtures may, before 1 December 2018, be classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as amended by this Regulation.",
