The performance indicators set out by the F2... strategy shall comprise the indicators provided for in Article 4 and listed in Table 4.1 of Annex II. Where deemed appropriate, the ... strategy shall specify additional indicators reflecting national or regional needs, conditions and objectives specific to the national operational programmes.
