# Regulation (EU) 2017/920 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017 amending Regulation (EU) No 531/2012 as regards rules for wholesale roaming markets (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Points 2, 3 and 4 of Article 1 shall apply from 15 June 2017.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
