# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/929 of 31 May 2017 establishing a derogation from Council Regulation (EC) No 1967/2006 as regards the minimum distance from coast and the minimum sea depth for boat seine fishing in territorial waters of Greece, Article 3: Entry into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply for a period of three years following the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
