  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/965\nof 8 June 2017\nimplementing Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism and amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/150\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 of 27 December 2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism, and in particular Article 2(3) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 27 January 2017, the Council adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/150 implementing Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001, establishing an updated list of persons, groups and entities to which Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 applies (‘the list’).\n(2)\nThe Council has determined that there are no longer grounds for keeping one of those entities on the list.\n(3)\nThe list should therefore be updated accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
