  "heading": "Procedures for ongoing cooperation arrangements",
  "text": "1. The Authorities shall establish procedures for regular and ad hoc meetings attended by the designated contact persons for the purpose of administering the cooperation arrangements in an effective way.\n2. The Requested Authority shall notify the Requesting Authority as soon as possible about the existence of any exceptional circumstances that may prevent it from fulfilling its obligations under this agreement and about actions, if any, taken in that respect.",
