  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1073\nof 30 July 2018\nimplementing Article 21(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/44 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2016/44 of 18 January 2016 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya and repealing Regulation (EU) No 204/2011, and in particular Article 21(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 18 January 2016, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2016/44.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Article 21(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/44, the Council has reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annex III to that Regulation.\n(3)\nThe Council concluded that one person should no longer be kept on the list of persons and entities set out in Annex III to Regulation (EU) 2016/44.\n(4)\nAnnex III to Regulation (EU) 2016/44 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
