  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1074\nof 30 July 2018\nimplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 of 30 August 2017 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Regulation (EC) No 329/2007, and in particular Article 47(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 30 August 2017, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2017/1509.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Article 47a(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1509, the Council has reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annexes XV, XVI, XVII and XVIII to that Regulation.\n(3)\nThe Council concluded that certain entries concerning the persons and entities included in Annexes XV and XVI to Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 should be updated.\n(4)\nAnnexes XV and XVI to Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
