Article 2 Notifications to ESMA of benchmarks by recognised administrators

Any notification to be made to ESMA pursuant to Article 32(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 shall be made by an electronic means that is capable of ensuring the completeness, integrity and confidentiality of the data throughout the transmission process.
