  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1117\nof 10 August 2018\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 401/2013 concerning restrictive measures in respect of Myanmar/Burma\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to the Council Regulation (EU) No 401/2013 concerning restrictive measures in respect of Myanmar/Burma and repealing Regulation (EC) No 194/2008, and in particular Article 4i thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 2 May 2013, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 401/2013.\n(2)\nOn 25 June 2018, the Council adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/898, which added seven persons to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures in Annex IV to Regulation (EU) No 401/2013.\n(3)\nUpdated information has been received for several listings.\n(4)\nAnnex IV to Regulation (EU) No 401/2013 should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
